Australian Universal Soldiers, *AUS* today extended its operation into Enemy Territory: Quake Wars.
ET:QW is an online, tactical shooter in which the armies of Earth are fighting an alien race known as the Strogg. Currently on pre-order, its already the current top seller on one Australian online game store I visited. A limited public beta is also now available.
Nearly three years have passed since our last new division, largely driven by the lack of quality FPS titles for the PC. Instead we've seen the industry fighting a battle for the console market and nothing highlights this better than these categories in GameSpot's awards for 2006:
While recruiting isn't officially open yet, I encourage any *AUS* member who is considering purchasing ET:QW to drop by the site and forums which are starting to come together.
